ChildzPlay House is your one stop party center which caters to your child's imagination.
Kids of all ages can find their Dream Party here. Our elaborate events and our attention to the finer details sets us apart as the premier destination for children's birthday parties and events.
ChildzPlay House is equipped with 3 separate party rooms each with it's own individual character.
Rooms are named after three of the eight Fruits of the Spirit...
PARTY ROOM 1
LOVE Room- ( 8- 16 guest) Located in the library of the original mansion, The Love Room is perfect for smaller events. It is famous among our members for intimate children's parties, and Mommie & Me Time.
PARTY ROOM 2
JOY Room-(15-30 guest) Formally the parlor room of the original mansion. The JOY Room screams adventure and excitement. Grand double doors lead from the lobby into the room. A mural of Annapolis, painted by Ed Robinson in 1966, covers one wall and the ceiling. This room is perfect for pirate adventures, children's book signings and all kinds of adventurous fun.
PARTY ROOM 3
PEACE Room-(15-30 guest) The PEACE Room served as the original dining area for the Newman family. It's warm decor makes this room a peaceful atmosphere to host almost any theme. This private dining room has been used for a variety of functions including baby showers and mother/daughter teas.
PLAY ROOM-
The Play Room-(80-140, Private) represents the FRUIT LongSuffering.
With the exception of the industrial kitchen, The Play Room is the only addition on to the original mansion. The room closes in what was once the outdoor porch, and as such, carries a character all its own. The original walls and roof of the mansion make up part of the structure of this room. The stage and addition of a flagstone floor allows this room to double as a dance floor, perfect for Karaoke and Hollywood themed parties. It is handicapped accessible and provides easy access to the ice cream bar.
All your child's LONG awaited party dreams are released here. Here your child and their guest seamlessly meet up as guest arrive. Your party extends 1 hour in this room and is filled with all the party fun your little ones can handle so don't worry about those little late arrivals. They almost go unnoticed.

Each party package includes an Event Coordinator/ Co-Host (Mz. Unikk!) for 20-30 people. Pick one of our themed parties, or work with Mz. Unikk! to plan your own unique celebration.
Parties include:
- Two-three hours private birthday party for up to 30 people. ($200-$800).
- Use of six round tables (6x2) and up to 25 chairs.
- Access to sound system in your private room to play your choice of music.

Split payment! Pay a deposit to secure the event, then finalize your headcount and pay the adjusted balance by two (2) weeks prior to the event.

Each Party Package includes the following which are custom designed according to your chosen theme:
- Decorations
- Invitations
- Goodie Bags
- Paper products
- Utensils
- Candles
- Games and activities
We also provide set-up and clean-up as well as an on-site Event Coordinator
ChildzPlay House provides the following through 3rd party contracts or you may supply your own:
- Video Services
- Photography
- Cake
- Food
- Drinks
Special Information
We require two (2) adults present per group to facilitate the party. ChildzPlay House staff members will be present to ensure your party goes smoothly and Mz Unikk! our electrifying event host will do her creative best to keep your kids in the party mood.
Making a Reservation
Party room availability is limited and subject to availability.
Party rooms are booked on a first come first served basis and are not considered “held” until a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is received.
